In collaboration with the family-ran txakoli bodega nestled in the hills of Zarautz, we host a unique Culinary Pop-Up overlooking both the mountains and the sea. These intimate events celebrate the bold, refined cuisine of chef Joris, thoughtfully paired with the expressive txakoli wines from the bodega’s own vineyards. This Culinary Adventure begins with a visit to the winery, where you’ll discover the story behind the Talai Berri’s family’s expressive txakoli wines.—a true marriage of land, sea, and flavour.

Each tasting of the 7 Exquisite SPRING Delicacies of chef Joris -Itsasaldi by Anouck & Joris – are a tribute to the exquisite products of this region (using vegetables, dairy, wild herbs and flowers, crustaceans, fish, and meat), paired exceptionally with the wines of Talai Berri. On Egin means “Bon appétit” in Basque.
