In collaboration with the family-ran txakoli bodega Arbela, nestled in the hills of Aia, we host a unique Culinary Pop-Up overlooking both the mountains, the Raton de Getaria and the sea. These intimate events celebrate the bold, refined cuisine of chef Joris from Itsasaldi by Anouck & Joris, thoughtfully paired with the expressive txakoli wines from the bodega’s own vineyards. This Culinary Adventure begins with a visit to the winery, where you’ll discover the story behind the Arbela’s family’s expressive txakoli wines.—a true marriage of land, sea, and flavour.

Each tasting of the 8 Exquisite Autumn Delicacies of chef Joris -Itsasaldi by Anouck & Joris – are a tribute to the exquisite products of this region (using vegetables, dairy, wild herbs and flowers, crustaceans, fish), paired exceptionally with the wines of Arbela. On Egin means “Bon appétit” in Basque.
